About 4. Marsha Ralls - Option 2

Marsha Ralls

Curator of Change

I’m Marsha Ralls, Founder and CEO of The Phoenix Asheville, a retreat space dedicated to renewal, connection, and growth. I created this sanctuary in 2021 to give people a place to step away from daily demands and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.

My journey has taken me across industries—from art and business to wellness and neuroscience—all driven by a deep passion for transformation. As a NeuroChangeSolutions (NCS) consultant, HeartMath certified trainer, yoga instructor, global speaker, author, and mindfulness coach, I guide others in shifting their mindset, expanding their potential, and embracing lasting change.

Cuixmala - Taking a Break

Throughout my career, bringing people together has been at the core of my work. Before founding The Phoenix Asheville, I served as a Commissioner for the Arts and Humanities in Washington, DC, curating over 4,000 works of art for the Marriott Marquis Convention Hotel. I also built The Ralls Collection, an internationally recognized art advisory firm, growing it into a $26 million portfolio and curating exhibitions featuring artists like Robert Rauschenberg, Ellsworth Kelly, and Annie Leibovitz.

I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition along the way, including being named National Woman of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and one of the 10 Most Empowering Women Leaders by The Women Achiever. For over 25 years, I’ve been deeply involved in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), where I founded EO Women, a global initiative supporting women in business.

But more than titles or achievements, my purpose is simple: to create spaces for transformation. Whether through mentorship, speaking, or retreats, my goal is to help others break through limitations, rediscover their purpose, and step into a more fulfilling life.

If you feel called to grow, I invite you to begin your journey. Change starts the moment you say yes to it.
