  • What programs are available at The Phoenix Asheville?

    We offer transformative wellness programs including our signature Phoenix Fire (7-day) and Phoenix Rising (4-day) retreats, plus the NeuroChangeSolutions Workshop and HeartMath Training.

  • What is the Phoenix Fire Retreat?

    A comprehensive seven-day immersive program including luxury accommodations, plant-based meals, daily hikes, yoga, fitness classes, four massages, and wellness workshops. This signature retreat runs from Sunday (1:00 PM) to Saturday (11:00 AM).

  • What is the Phoenix Rising Retreat?

    A condensed four-day version of our transformative experience including luxury accommodations, plant-based meals, yoga, hiking, two massages, and wellness activities. Perfect for those with limited time who still want meaningful results.

  • What makes your retreats different from other wellness programs?

    Our retreats focus on true transformation by addressing the mind-body connection through guided physical activities, holistic wellness practices, and mindset-shifting techniques. We emphasize not just relaxation but profound personal growth in a supportive, luxury environment.

  • Are group or corporate retreat options available?

    Yes, we offer customized programs for groups and organizations. The entire retreat center can be booked for private events. Contact us for information on group options, pricing, and availability.

  • What physical preparation is required?

    Participants should be able to walk on uneven terrain for 1-3 hours, engage in gentle yoga, and participate in moderate physical activity throughout the day. Our programs progressively increase in challenge. Please note any health concerns during registration.

Accommodation & Amenities

  • What types of accommodations are available?

    We offer private rooms with en-suite bathrooms and shared rooms with shared bathroom facilities. All accommodations feature high-end furnishings in a serene environment designed for comfort and tranquility.

  • Are meals included in the stay?

    Yes, all meals are included. Our private chef prepares locally sourced, plant-based meals designed to nourish and energize you throughout your retreat.

  • Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

    Yes, we accommodate various dietary needs including gluten-free and nut-free requirements. Please discuss significant dietary concerns with our team before booking so we can ensure your needs are safely met.

  • Is Wi-Fi available?

    While we encourage guests to disconnect and immerse themselves fully in the experience, Wi-Fi is available in select areas of the property for those who need it. Please note that our focus is on creating a tranquil environment, so connectivity may be limited to specific spaces.

  • Is the property wheelchair accessible?

    The Phoenix Asheville is not fully wheelchair accessible. Many of our activities, such as hiking, yoga, and other physically engaging experiences, require participants to be in good physical condition. We recommend reaching out directly to discuss any specific needs or accommodations before booking to ensure that our programs are suitable for you.

Booking & Pricing

  • How do I book a retreat?

    Click the “Reserve Now” button on our website or contact us directly by phone or email for assistance with booking.

  • What is the pricing?
    • Phoenix Fire: $8,100 (seven-day, six-night program)
    • Phoenix Rising: $4,800 (four-day, three-night program)
      Both programs are all-inclusive of accommodations, meals, scheduled activities, and core wellness services.
    • NeuroChangeSolutions Workshop – $2,500 (includes the workshop + materials, 3 days and 2 nights accommodations, and meals.)
  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $2,500 is required to secure your booking for The Phoenix Fire and Phoenix Rising retreats. This deposit is applied toward your total program fee.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    We occasionally offer special promotions, early-bird discounts, or seasonal offers. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about these opportunities.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers. Contact us for details about checks or wire transfers.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, as our capacity is limited. Popular dates may sell out up to a year ahead.

General Information

  • Am I able to leave the center during my stay?

    Our programs are immersive experiences, and guests are not permitted to leave the retreat center during programs except in emergencies. We provide all necessities on site.

  • What liability coverage is provided?

    All guests must sign a comprehensive liability waiver acknowledging inherent risks. We strongly recommend obtaining personal travel insurance that includes coverage for adventure activities.

  • What happens in case of medical emergencies?

    Our staff includes individuals trained in first aid. For non-urgent concerns, we can arrange transportation to local healthcare facilities. In emergencies, we access emergency medical services. Please disclose all relevant health conditions during registration.

  • Are there age requirements?

    All participants must be 18 years or older.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you’ll receive a refund MINUS a cancellation fee:

    • $2,500 for Phoenix Fire
    • $2,000 for Phoenix Rising

    Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the full payment with no refunds available.

  • Can I reschedule my retreat?

    Yes, with at least 30 days’ notice before arrival. A rebooking fee applies:

    • $1,500 for Phoenix Fire
    • $1,000 for Phoenix Rising

    Rescheduled retreats must occur within ONE YEAR of original booking date, subject to availability.

  • What happens in the event of Force Majeure?

    For events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, government actions, epidemics) that make program delivery unsafe or impossible, either party may cancel or reschedule. We’ll work with you to find an alternative date, but we’re not responsible for your external travel arrangements.

  • Do you recommend travel insurance?

    We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, adventure activities, medical emergencies, and trip interruption coverage.

Media & Privacy

  • What is your photography policy during retreats?

    We encourage digital detox. Personal photos are welcome during designated times or in private areas, but please respect others’ privacy and obtain consent before photographing other guests. Professional photography may occasionally occur, with opt-out options available.

  • How is my personal information protected?

    Your personal information is securely stored, accessible only to authorized staff, and not shared with third parties except as required by law. Health information remains confidential in accordance with privacy regulations.

Transportation & Arrival

  • Do you provide airport transportation?

    Yes, complimentary shuttle service to and from Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is included for all participants for the Phoenix Fire and Rising Retreats.

  • What are the nearest airports?

    Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is approximately 30 minutes away. For international connections, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is about two hours away by car.
