A Conscious Start: Dinner, Reflection, and the Year Ahead
Join us in Delray Beach for a special New Years’ experience designed to nourish both the mind and heart. This three-day gathering is limited to 20 guests and offers a chance to slow down, reflect, and begin the year with clarity and purpose.
We’ll come together on the evening of December 31 for a thoughtfully prepared five-course dinner. It’s a time to unwind, connect, and set the tone for the year ahead. The following two days will be devoted to the NeuroChangeSolutions (NCS) workshop, where you’ll learn simple, science-based tools to help shift your mindset, release old patterns, and create meaningful change.
This experience is designed to support you in starting the year feeling grounded, connected, and inspired. You’ll be surrounded by people who are also choosing to begin the year with intention, and there will be plenty of space for personal reflection and shared conversation.

• 12:30 PM – Lunch by the Pool
• 1:30 PM – NCS Workshop
• 5:00 PM – Free time or personal reflection
• 7:30 PM – Optional Group Dinner, Downtown Delray Beach (User Pay)
